Can I change my shipping method after ordering?

We will update your shipping method after ordering if the request is made within 48 hours of your scheduled ship date. To request a shipping method change you must contact customer service to request an update by filling out our support form. We have systems in place to ensure requests made via our support form get prompt attention. Consequently, we no longer accept changes made by phone or fax.
